TRADITIONAL MACEDONIAN DISHES

The land of the sun is the land of the tastes. Macedonia is the land of the gourmands and true fans of a good meal. From appetizers, main dishes, salads to desserts, Macedonian cuisine can offer numerous traditional dishes for every taste.
The traditional Macedonian cuisine combines Balkan and Mediterranean characteristics, inherited largely from Turkish tastes that prevailed during long centuries of Ottoman rule, then our neighboring Greece, and to some extent Italian and Austrian cuisines, which makes it a heterogeneous.

Movie recommendation - The Dark Knight rises

Sara Miteva

There are many films worth watching, but I would recommend seeing maybe the best movie I’ve ever seen, “The Dark Knight Rises”.
The sequel of the incredible “Batman Begins” (2005) and “The Dark Knight” (2008) will literally blow your mind.

Becoming 18 - how good is it?

Sara Miteva.

When you’re in high school, you start to like different things, you build your own perception of things and you start being pickier. And, you’re much closer to being 18, which I think is what everyone’s actually waiting for.
Becoming an adult means you can drive a car. Nowadays young people think it is a very important thing, especially for boys, because they think that will make them popular with girls. When you’re 18, you can also go out whenever you like and come back home whenever you like and going to the disco is also a very popular thing among young people today. You can travel to a foreign country without your parents signing a document, you can vote in elections and you can get married.
But is it all so great? When you’re 18 you can’t justify yourself that you’re still a child when you can’t do something. You have to be much more responsible. If you break the law, you’ll be the one being punished for that, not your parents. You have to make your own money, because your parents won’t be always here to cover you. One day you’ll also have to make a family, so you have to be able to take care of them.
To sum up, when you’re 18, you can’t hide under your mother’s skirt anymore. You have to go out and face the world. So, enjoy while you can, because soon you will understand why all the adults say that they want to go back to their childhood.

Movies based on true stories

Antonio Stoimenov

We watch movies every time we find something interesting for us. We usually think that movie scripts are invented by the screenwriters and they have no meeting points with people's lives. But sometimes you will find yourself in some roles and you’ll think that you are the lead character in that movie. So, you will be surprised when you find out how many movies are based on true stories.

Stop Taking Supplements
It's true the healthier you are, the healthier your skin and hair will be. But popping supplements without discussing them with your doctor can do more harm than good. Why? Because mixing certain vitamins and minerals can have the opposite effect of what you're hoping. Talk to your doc before popping any pills.
